Oxygen-Based Bleaching Agents
A natural process called oxidation is what makes our dishwasher detergent pods so efficient. Oxygen-based bleach is effective at cleaning and removing stains, and is less aggressive than chlorine-based bleach. Oxygen-based bleaches attack the structure of the stain or soil residue to help whisk it away down your drain. It’s science!
Stain Fighters
We add enzymes to our plastic free dishwasher tabs to fight stubborn stains. Enzymes are molecules that target the removal of one type of molecule, like proteins or starch. We use a blend of enzymes, including protease (a protein seeker) and amylase (a starch seeker) in our detergent to get the best results.
Our Membrane Pod
Not all superheroes wear capes. Our dishwasher detergent pods are made from a water-soluble casing called Polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH), which dissolves upon contact with water and is consumed by microorganisms.
Ingredients
Sodium carbonate*, sodium percarbonate*, Itaconic acid co AMPS* trisodium citrate dihydrate*, alkoxylated alcohol*, subtilisin, silicic acid*, tetraacetylethylenediamine*, alpha amylase, fragrance, polyvinyl alcohol film (PVOH). *Denotes plant or mineral origin.
How to Use
- Add your dishes – no pre-wash needed
- Place pod in dishwashing machine dispenser
- Choose your wash cycle
Our powerful little pod will take care of the rest. We promise. So easy, you’ll wonder if it’s magic. But it’s just nature and science. Cool, right?
For best results: use dry hands, and double-check that no big pots or pans are blocking your dispenser or water flow. We’ve all been there. After each use, close the box and secure the child lock to keep your little ones and pets safe.
